Reconditioning of this stamping press was carried out in 2023 and the control cabinet formed part of that job; a Siemens PLC with touch screen now runs the machine. Certification followed, leaving the unit with a new CE certificate and a test lab report. The quoted speed band reaches 500 strokes per minute at the top end and drops to 100 at the bottom. Ram: nominal force 400 kN (40 t), 100 - 500 strokes per minute, variable stroke 8 - 70 mm, ram adjustment 70 mm, ram surface 340 - 300 mm, fixed stroke steps from 8 up to 70 mm. Gripper feed SZV 2: strip 8 - 120 mm wide, feed 2 - 80 mm per index, material 0.1 - 2 mm thick, 180 degrees of feeding, accuracy 0.01 mm.
