Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in a data centre in the European Union. When you visit, standard server logs are processed (IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier). They are used solely to run the site securely and are not combined with other data sources.

Price request form

When you request a machine price, only your name and e-mail address are required; phone, country, company, website and message are optional. We use this information solely to show you the price, send the full offer by e-mail, and communicate about your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps).

On submission the e-mail address is checked technically (format, domain existence, exclusion of disposable addresses). Your IP address is processed briefly in memory to limit abuse (at most five requests per hour); it is not stored.

There is no newsletter and no sales calls. Your data is not passed to third parties.

Anonymous statistics

Per machine page we count views, clicks on “Price” and submitted requests anonymously. No IP addresses, cookies or other identifiers are stored; the numbers cannot be traced back to a person.

Cookies and local storage

Your language and privacy choices are stored locally. Optional Google tags load only after your consent: Google Analytics measures visits; Google Ads uses cookies, page visits and browser/device information to create an audience for personalised machine advertising on other websites. Analytics and advertising can be selected separately. The advertising audience contains visits collected after this setup, with a 30-day membership. Your choice is saved for up to 180 days; Google measurement cookies are configured for up to 180 days. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops future measurement and does not undo earlier processing. Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) provides these services; data may also be processed outside the EU, including in the USA. See Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. The basis for this optional processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not send enquiry names, e-mail addresses or message text to these tags. To apply regional privacy settings, our server determines the country using a local DB-IP database; this does not send your IP address to a geolocation provider. Global Privacy Control disables advertising tags.

Embedded YouTube videos

Some machine pages embed YouTube videos. When you play a video, a connection to Google/YouTube servers is established and Google's privacy policy applies.
