Die protection sets reference 12926 apart: a Wintriss DiPro 1500 from Data Instruments is installed, with all sensor settings made at the keyboard and electronic memory for up to 200 tools, recalled whenever a tool comes back to the press. It is intended to protect dies and press from damage, to allow unattended press operation and to remove the tedious adjustments other units require. The machine dates from 1987 and shows 33000 h of operation. Press: max. pressure 200 kN (20 T), speed range 100 - 1800 spm. Bed opening 360 x 170 mm. Adjustable stroke 8; 9.5; 13; 17; 21; 25; 32; 38, ram height adjustment 50 mm, fast lifting of the ram 40 mm. Feed: roller-gripper feed unit BBV 190/85, left-hand side, feeding cycle 180 degrees, strip to 160 mm wide and 4 mm thick, feeding pitch to 85 mm. Electrics: connected load 20 kw, control voltage 24 V AC / DC. Equipment: sound insulating cabinet, oil pump, oil cooler, spring feet dampers, front and rear safety guards with inspection glass.
