Reference 28125 covers a flash butt welding machine for band saw blades, type BAS 100, dating from 1996. The refurbished unit works with hydraulic clamping and pyrometer-controlled annealing, so the annealing temperature does not have to be dialled in by hand. Removal of the weld burr is carried out with the hydraulic tool belonging to the machine, which saves a separate pass on a grinder.
