iDEAL BAS 100 Ref. 22723

Flash butt welder for saw bands, iDEAL type BAS 100, refurbished, made in 1994. The burr left by the joint is removed by a hydraulically driven tool belonging to the machine, and a locating device lines up the ends beforehand. Heat treatment after welding proceeds to a temperature read by pyrometer and set without operator input. Maximum sections: 100 mm blade stock, 80 mm in bimetal. The ends are clamped hydraulically. Mains supply is 400 V, mass is 500 kg and the space required is 1400*900*1500 mm (W*D*H). The instruction book and the packing are included. Ref. no. 22723 - iDEAL BAS 100.
