iDEAL-Werk of Germany builds the BAS 065-11 as a fully automatic butt welder for steel saw bands. This example has been refurbished. Joining is by flash butt welding, the upset force applied automatically. Sizes handled Wood band saw blades: 10 - 60 x 1.1 mm. Bimetal band saw blades: 10 - 54 x 1.6 mm. Fitted to the machine Hydraulic clamping. Annealing pyrometer with control unit. Supplied as a complete welding unit. Option A grinding unit can be quoted on enquiry.
