Flash butt welder of the BAS 060-01 type, year of manufacture 2011, reported in good working order. Hand-closed jaws hold the ends together, and the anneal that follows is run to time. Bands for timber and bands for metal both fall inside its work. Bi-metal band-saws are taken from 10 x 0.6 to 41 x 1.1 mm and wood saw blades from 10 x 0.7 to 60 x 1.0 mm; band knives run from 10 x 0.4 to 40 x 0.8 mm.
