    iDEAL BAS 050-11 Ref. 26726

Band Saw Blade Welding Machine • 2000 • ID: 26726

The BAS 050-11 is the smallest machine in the iDEAL BAS range and is built around a single job: joining band saw blades. This example dates from 2000 and combines hydraulic clamping with an annealing timer. Rated output is 4.5 kVA at 50% duty cycle, the open-circuit welding voltage is 2.6 / 4.4 V and the maximum upsetting force is 2.2 kN. Blade widths run from 6 mm to 50 mm on steel strip and on wood band saw blades. Bimetallic and tungsten alloy metal band saws are covered to 32 mm, hoop knives and stainless steel band saws to 30 mm. The remaining electrical and capacity figures are set out in the specification table on this page. Manufacturer: IDEAL-Werk C.+E. Jungeblodt GmbH, Lippstadt, Germany. Machine: iDEAL BAS 050-11, ref. no. 26726.
