    Pallet Decoiler with Straightener • 2013 • ID: 36126

    The straightening head is what makes this unit more than a turntable. Nine rolls of 40 mm diameter, four upper against five driven lower rolls, take the curl out of the strip before it leaves the machine. That head has its own 0.75 kW inverter drive, independent of the table, so pull-off speed and tension can be balanced against the line downstream. Year of manufacture is 2013. Capacity - table 1500 mm diameter, 3000 kg load capacity, max. 10 rpm, four-point bearing; winding CW or CCW, selectable; stamping direction left to right. Material - strip up to 220 mm wide and up to 1.5 mm thick; strip speed 10 m/min at 300 mm core diameter. Installation - 3×400V + N + PE, 50 Hz, 16 A; dimensions 2250 × 1500 × 1700 mm; weight approx. 750 kg; RAL 7035 light grey structured paint finish.
